Join Bar Manager and Lead Mixologist Carlos Yturria for a hand curated cocktail class featuring 3 innovative cocktails paired with 3 pan Asian tastes from the E&O menu! Carlos will be explaining his mastery and demonstrating the creation of 3 cocktails while giving tastes as the E&O kitchen offers tasty bites that pair well with the cocktails. The E&O cocktail menu is known for its exotic spirits, like sake and mescal, paired with beautiful acidic fruit like passion fruit and pineapple.

About Carlos Yturria:

Carlos has two decades of experience, and was nominated for Rising Star for Bar by the San Francisco Chronicle in 2008. He won first place at the 2008 Santé Magazine Iron Bar Chef competition and first place in 2008 at the Northern California regional United States Bar Tenders Guild Competition. He also garnered third place at the 60th Annual United States Bartenders Guild National Competition. Carlos is a member of the United States Bartenders Guild’s San Francisco Chapter and frequently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, 7x7 Magazine and San Francisco Magazine for his delectable cocktails.
