On New Year's Eve, Chez Papa Bistro will have three seatings between 5:30 to 11:00 PM. From 5:30 to 7:30 PM, the restaurant will be serving a $65.00 three-course prix fixe menu. For seatings from 7:30 to 9:30 PM and from 9:30 to 11:00 PM, there will be a $75.00 four-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices of Black Cod with roasted beets, French lentils, caramelized fennel purée and orange vinaigrette; Parmesan Risotto with sautéed day boat scallops and lobster sauce; Almond Crusted Quail with butternut squash purée, braised red endive and cardamom scented quince; or Angus Filet Mignon with chanterelle mushrooms, potatoes gratin and sauce perigourdine.
