Nothing beats a simmering pot of homemade soup. A make-ahead dish that freezes well and is pretty healthy to boot, everyone should have a handful of soup recipes in their repertoire. In this workshop you’ll learn the basics of making pureed vegetables soups (without a recipe!), protein enriched soups, whole grain soups, and creamy soups too. CC will talk about make-ahead recipes and what works in the freezer, and getting the most out of what’s in season. Whole meal, one-pot soups are simple ways to get a healthful and delicious meal on the table, whether you’re cooking for one or a crowd.
