Our Dinner Party classes might just be the best soirées you’ve ever attended. In just four hours you’ll work as a class to prep and cook a menu of dishes that you’ll sit down and enjoy together at the end of the night. You leave class with the tips and tricks you need to prepare an amazing meal from start to finish, from the prep and shopping to the timing and cooking.

Sunday Supper is a traditional family meal for many Italian Americans. Join us as we share the secret to our favorite “Sunday Sauce”-the center of a meal that lends itself to being made well in advance (a trick for anyone hosting a stress-free dinner party). We’ll cook as a group, making an abundance of Italian-American dishes for our dinner party. Whether it’s the homemade breadsticks, garlicky Shrimp Scampi, or fresh Almond Biscotti, you’ll get a chance to learn all the tips any good Nonna would want you to know. When we sit down together to eat you’ll quickly realize that these dishes will become your own family favorites for many Sunday suppers to come.

Menu: Antipasto Platter with Salumi, Homemade Breadsticks, and Cheese Stuffed Cherry Peppers, Tri-Colore Salad, Shrimp Scampi, Spaghetti with Meatballs and “Sunday Sauce”, Chicken Scarpariello, Broccoli Rabe with Garlic and Chili Flakes, Cabbage Agrodolce, and Chocolate Zabaglione with Almond Biscotti.
