Our Dinner Party classes might just be the best soirées you’ve ever attended. In just four hours you’ll work as a class to prep and cook a menu of dishes that you’ll sit down and enjoy together at the end of the night. You leave class with the tips and tricks you need to prepare an amazing meal from start to finish, from the prep and shopping to the timing and cooking.

A night in Paris might not be in your immediate travel plans but our French Bistro Dinner Party class is the next best thing. We’ll break you into teams and guide you through creating a menu straight out of Paris. While some of you will be perfecting the “snap” of perfect Pomme Frites and others will be whipping up a rich and luscious Chocolate Mousse, you’ll all learn what it takes to pull off your own stress-free Bistro party at home. Join your classmates in preparing this bistro meal and end the night around the table together-Bon Appetit!

Menu: Grilled Bread with three toppings: Smoked Trout and Pesto, Tapenade, and Anchovy Garlic, Escarole Salad with Ham, Cheese, and Walnuts, Steak Frites (Classic French Steak with French Fries), Zucchini, Potato, and Red Pepper Gratin, and Classic Chocolate Mousse.
