Ever wondered what it would be like if you took a fluffy, delectable yorkshire pudding and poured authentic and delicious etouffee over it? Of course you have!
Join Chefs Chris Grant and Trace Williams, hosts of the Cajunshire Chronicles radio show for a Cajun/Yorkshire fusion dinner featuring more than six courses. Leading up the SF fancy foods show, many of the Chef's culinary friends will be in town...so you never know if a celebrity chef or two will show up! The dinner will feature demonstations and menu introductions by the chefs.
Chef Chris Grant is flying in all the way from Indianola, Mississippi to cook up his delicious morsels of southern goodness with Chef Trace Williams bringing the Yorkshire flavor to the party and rounding off the dinner with a four dish desert flight.
Following the dinner, you'll have a chance to work it off with dancing and perhaps even a few beverages at the cool-as-hell Public Works venue.
