Going out to eat can be a minefield in LA. Sometimes, you want to be healthy, and head to places that definitely have salads on the menu, but then you cave as soon as you see the words “bacon” “cheese” “pizza” or any combination thereof. You can only do so much, right? Sometimes, you’ve got to live a little.

Here are spots with salad on the menu if you want to pretend you’re sticking to that healthy eating plan, and other options in case you (inevitably?) cave to your innermost desires.
