Chicago is, obviously, Bears territory, so if you live in Chi-Town and have allegiances to another NFL team it can be a somewhat isolating experience. Thankfully, unless you’re sporting Packers or Lions colors, Bears fans are usually a welcoming pack and will let you pull up a barstool. Still, nothing beats finding a bar filled wall-to-wall with jerseys of your preferred sports teams. With that in mind, we set out to figure out where all of the fans gather to root en masse. We compiled this Chicago NFL team bar guide using Reddit NFL groups, Facebook fan pages, and this invaluable (but slightly outdated) list.

Unfortunately, some fans appear to be barless while others have more than enough options (looking at you, black and gold!). We’d love for the list to be complete, so please do let us know where your tribe gathers. Of course, it’s possible we got something wrong, so help us get it right. One thing we learned while compiling this list is at least four previously dependable sports bars have shuttered since the end of last season (RIP Maeve’s, Red Ivy, Division Ale House, and Newport Bar and Grill).

It used to be Maeve’s but that closed. After that it was Wrightwood, but that closed and has reopened as Tavern 57. As far as we can tell Tavern 57 is going to be da Bears all the time (57 is what you get if you add Walter Payton’s 34 with Michael Jordan’s 23). Skins fans will need to wait and see.
